“I’ve been looking for a good pair of waterproof over trousers but have a problem getting longer leg fit , the staff were very helpful and had my trousers in the post ASAP , very professional and great service , I will defiantly be using the shop again , Mike howard bristol”

“I went into store yesterday as my old faithful walking shoes had started to leak. I had call before when I had experience heel pain and Sophie had sorted out the problem straight away. So I new I would get some really good advice. I have started to do a lot more walking so was going to spend the money on a good pair walking shoes,but Sophie suggested a pair of boots. I said I had never bought boots because 1 I don’t like the restrictions and 2 I get blasters even wearing a pair of slippers.But I thought I’d try a pair of meindl Kansas but I no I wouldn’t like them. How wrong was I .as soon as I put them on it was like they were made for me feet ,just so comfortable.I bought them straight away. Today we have walked up orrest head and around Windermere,and not a blaster or aching feet .so thank you Sophie for all your help”
