“Excellent service. Beautiful walking boots but unfortunately they was to small and didn't have the next size available. Sent them back was no problem and a refund was issued straight away. I will definitely shop with you again”

“I only discovered Epicentre on a recent trip to Ambleside. I was really impressed with the choice of brands and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We came out with coats, boots and dog leads and could have bought more. On line it was the same. I placed the order and it came quickly as you would expect. I think I even got free carriage. Epicentre is now my first place to look on line now, and will back in the shop in January when I am next in Ambleside.”

“First time purchasing from the epicentre and really impressed with the service I would highly recommend them, I purchased the snow peak cafetière from them and it came in the post really quickly, definitely be buying from them again.”
