“Excellent service. Beautiful walking boots but unfortunately they was to small and didn't have the next size available. Sent them back was no problem and a refund was issued straight away. I will definitely shop with you again”

“I only discovered Epicentre on a recent trip to Ambleside. I was really impressed with the choice of brands and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We came out with coats, boots and dog leads and could have bought more. On line it was the same. I placed the order and it came quickly as you would expect. I think I even got free carriage. Epicentre is now my first place to look on line now, and will back in the shop in January when I am next in Ambleside.”

“The best mountain gear shop in Keswick, probably. If you can't get to their store, their online shop is the next best thing. Sound guys and they know their stuff and only stock top quality brands. Expect to feel welcomed, but don't expect to be hassled for their help, they know you don't need it if you're interested in buying from their store.”

“Returned a day pack to the shop in Ambleside having got it on line. The staff were helpful, efficient and refunded me without fuss. The product was good quality but the colour was not quite what I had in mind”
