“Big issues with DPD but epicentre were not to blame on that at all, indeed they were sympathetic to the situation and refunded me the next day costs The item arrived in great condition and as expected. Will order From again”

“Goods arrived on time as described. However charged twice and still no refund! First payment said unsuccessful and no confirmation email so placed the order again. Been charged twice and only ever received one item and one confirmation email - still waiting for refund 3 weeks later!”

Unfortunately for some reason you tried to pay twice. We only take the money when processing the order so have only charged you once. Your bank still has the second attempt earmarked for us and it can take up to a month for them to release the fund. We have voided the transaction to attempt to speed this up for you but unfortunately it is in your bank's hands so there is nothing further we can do to assist
