“No transparent bag for the jacket(may be due to the sale item) Also the only one bag (mean the parcel bag) had a hole (may be made by the courier) But fortunately, the jacket is in good condition.”

I'm sorry there was a problem with the state of your delivery. Unfortunately, as you didn't let us know about the issue when it arrived, we are unable to take the matter up with our delivery company, but I'm pleased there was no damage to the jacket.

“This is the second time I have purchased from the epicentre once was in store and the second time was online. Both times the communication and efficiency is quite impressive. Information regarding receipts, orders, postage and returns is all very clear and concise. This latest purchase was of a mountain equipment jacket that was £80 cheaper due to a sale price than any other price I could find on the net. so far so good, so far so good epicentre! Thank you.”
