“Bought something recently that unfortunately didn’t fit. I returned the item to the Epicentre and they very quickly refunded me without any fuss. The company even emailed with some alternative options. Really helpful. I would definitely recommend”

“I ordered two items of clothing - some Patagonia trousers and a Norrona top. There was an issue with the delivery - but this was nothing to do with the Epicentre (an issue with the courier). The Epicentre staff were really helpful, especially Rob, trying to ensure the courier issues were overcome. The items arrived and are really good quality - prices were very competitive too. I would definitely recommend the Epicentre and would have no hesitation to order from them again.”

“Bought a pair of Salewa Rapace GTX from Epicentre. One big hike done since, Snowdon. The boots have excellent arch support and feel sturdy without feeling chunky. Great service from Epicentre too and competitive prices!”

“Made my first purchase from EPICENTRE for an Arc'teryx running belt. Amazing delivery time, less than 24 hours from ordering! Unfortunately it didn't fit (not Epicentre's fault, Arcteryx website sizing is wrong) so I returned it and reordered a different size. Again, less than 24 hours later and a new one turns up which thankfully fits great. The return was also processed on the same day it was delivered. Thanks Epicentre! I will definitely be ordering again the future.”

“My first order with The Epicentre was great good communication and arrived next day. However, the second order - I paid for next day delivery. Order was due today but I had an email simply stating it had been delayed. No idea of this is a short delay of day or longer. It has caused an issue as I wanted/ need the jacket for the morning.”

“The Epicentre have a wide range of excellent products for outdoor life. My order was promptly delivered ans well packaged . My items are good quality and true to size. As they are winter clothes and base layers I cannot review items individually.”
