“So so helpfull, took there time to make sure we where buying what we needed. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Made sure my dad was comfortable with his choice and talked us though what we were buying.”

“This mattress is ace. I’m very pleased that I went for the highest quality one and as I have told my friends, it’s impossible to describe how comfortable it is. I used BAMC 11 Years ago, I was very happy then as I am now. Good advice, no pressure.”

“This is the third mattress we’ve purchased from Matthew and the team as we’ve got them in our static caravan and at home. Top quality mattresses and service was excellent. They listened to our requirements and gave knowledgeable advice on what would suit us best. No pressure sales and genuinely friendly people. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Generally good customer service. Delivery had to be negotiated since the mattress wasn't ready to be picked as agreed upon. Also mattress quite pricy really but to do with European size. We should NEVER have left the EU!!! Delivery men did communicate well and were on time. Sadly disposing of my old mattress would have been charged at £50..... sadly no customer service there! All in all not bad but could be improved upon!!”

“We spent a long time choosing a mattress, we were not pressurised at all. The staff were very helpful and after we had chosen a mattress delivery was prompt. Straight up our very steep stairs and onto our bedframe.”
