“This was our third visit and the service was as good as ever, excellent choice of quality at competitive prices. Placed an order and it was delivered on the day quoted at the time quoted, the delivery guys went above and beyond to negotiate a tight staircase get it to where it needed to be, and taking the old mattress away to complete the job.”

“I have bought from the Bed and Mattress Centre before, and as previously was not disappointed with the good customer service both in the show room and from the delivery staff. Someone was available on tbe shop floor when I needed advice but also allowing me the space to browse and try out the mattresses before buying. And also on delivery of my new mattress to the house, staff courteous and efficient. Thank you.”

“From the moment we stepped into The Bed and Mattress Centre, we received expert guidance on selecting the perfect beds for our home. We recently completed some refurbishment work, and they were kind enough to hold onto the beds until we were ready for delivery, which was incredibly helpful. When the beds were delivered, the team took great care to protect our newly finished space. They were courteous, friendly, and highly efficient. “Purchasing a mattress should be an in-person experience, not something done online. That’s why we chose to visit local bed and mattress stores in Chichester. Matthew, from The Bed and Mattress Centre, provided outstanding service, helping us select the perfect mattress based on our needs. The pricing was fair, and delivery was impressively fast. We did face an issue initially, as the bed couldn't fit up our narrow stairs. At that point, we were considering going without a bed altogether. However, Matthew came to the rescue by recommending a solution—he arranged for the same-sized bed to be delivered in quarters, ensuring it could be moved upstairs. The delivery team was also fantastic; they handled everything expertly and were incredibly helpful throughout. Without a doubt, we would buy from here again.”

“From the moment we walked into the shop we were made to feel important Matthew was so helpful without pressurising. He went over and beyond to make sure we got the right bed and headboard to suit our needs The 2 guys who delivered and put together the bed were so polite and helpful, even offering to remove their shoes I would highly recommend this family business. You don't need to go anywhere else”

“We have now twice bought both beds and mattresses from this store. On each occasion the staff were knowledgable, friendly, and gave excellent customer service. Their stock is good and their staff who come to deliver the mattresses and take away the old ones are very helpful and pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Caroline Hammonds”
