“Knowledgable, not pushy sales, matched me to the mattress based on need and budget; super flexible and easy delivery arrangements and really friendly, professional delivery team. Just as good and better on price as other mainstream places plus no silly lead times for delivery”

“Absolutely delighted with the service we received in store but more importantly by the quality of the double bed and mattress. The guys who run the business are very knowledgeable and helped us choose a wonderfully upholstered Ottoman double bed and very comfortable mattress. They fulfilled the design brief and yet kept it affordable. They were also really helpful with the delivery date. We are very pleased. The only thing we have done is to secure the headboard.”

“My youngest needed a new bed, old bed was a creaking chipboard thing and could feel springs on the mattress. Lots of choices here we got a lovely pocket sprung ,memory foam mattress and a solid wood beadstead. Both available to take away.”

“We bought two mattresses..... both firm but not too firm. Keenly priced including disposal of old mattresses. Friendly service both in-store and from delivery team. Will, when necessary, return. This business clearly relies heavily on repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations, evidenced by those we see returning when we have been in-store.”

“We cannot fault the service given by the guys at The Bed and Mattress Centre. We’ve bought several mattresses from them over the years, including one for our caravan. Following issues with a faulty mattress they replaced it quickly and we were also impressed by the delivery guys. Absolutely exceptional customer service!”
