We bought two mattresses..... both firm but not too firm. Keenly priced including disposal of old mattresses. Friendly service both in-store and from delivery team. Will, when necessary, return. This business clearly relies heavily on repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations, evidenced by those we see returning when we have been in-store.
