“Second time using Jones and Tomlin - was pleased first time and even more so on this return visit. Excellent and knowledgeable advice and friendly efficient service in store. The delivery, collection and setting up was also excellent, friendly, cheerful and efficient. Thank you to everyone. Definitely recommend !”

“Excellent service and a really helpful team. Matt, one of the owners had really helped us choose three beds and three mattresses for our new home. Didn’t try and push us in to buying something based on a high price but more for what felt good for us. We had visited three other bed stores that had sub par customer service and run of the mill beds. Definitely pay the Chichester Bed and Mattress centre a visit! - Chantelle.”

“I came into the shop with my parents on a very stressful moving day after we realised our current mattress wouldn't be suitable. Matthew was excellent at directing us towards mattresses he thought would be best and helped work around my budget. I didn't feel pressured at all, would highly recommend this place! Came away with a really high quality mattress, very happy customer :-)”

“I couldn’t be more pleased with a recent purchase. I found the shop well stocked, competitively priced and the staff really informative and friendly without pressuring you to buy as one can find in other stores. Delivery was quick and easy and when a small problem came to light the staff went the extra mile to ensure that it was sorted out immediately and that I was entirely happy with my purchase. “Just purchased my second mattress and wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Great service and no pressure to spend more than you can afford. Chose mattress, paid at 2.00pm and in my bedroom by 4.30pm same day!! Very happy customer.”

“Super service. Had been to many bed shops before popping in and didn’t feel like I was being “sold” the bed. Mathew provided some great advice and let me walk around the show room trying everything with no hassle. The delivery was also fantastic, the delivery guys prepared the bed for me and gave me advice before leaving. All round 5 star service from start to finish!”

“If you need advice regarding a mattress this is the best place to go! Super helpful from the moment I walked in told Matthew what I wanted in a mattress the problems I was having with my current mattress and my budget (which wasn’t a huge budget!) and I was given the choice of three to pick from. I was able to test the three out and was given lots of time to make my decision, no pushy sales people! The delivery was amazing they had arranged to have my old mattress taken away. The delivery man gave clear instructions on how to unpack the mattress and how long to leave it to full inflate. I’m so glad I went to The bed and mattress centre!”
