“Excellent service always from this company. Always accommodating to changes of plans brought on by weather/health issues or life in general. We feel very reassured when we buy a bed from them. If we had more bedrooms to fill we would only buy the necessary beds from them!”

“Bought a new mattress last week, and it’s so comfy I might never leave my bed again. Delivery was so fast I barely had time to clean under the old one. Shoutout to Matthew in the shop—he’s the kind of guy who makes mattress shopping weirdly enjoyable. Sleep goals achieved!”

“We love the service at The Bed and Mattress Centre, so much so we have bought 3 beds there! I like the no sales pressure and dealing in facts vs. pricing. And the delivery and install service is second-to-none with a delivery slot time that they turn up in and spotless work. Highly recommend to use them.”

“Another very happy purchase from The Bed and Mattress Centre. Matthew suggested a couple of suitable mattresses, not the most expensive, left me to try them out and I made a choice. Delivery was as scheduled, the delivery men were courteous, quick but careful up a difficult staircase and my new mattress is so comfy. Strongly recommend.”

“Wonderful service with lots of useful advice. This is the third mattress/bed that we have bought from the Bed&Mattress Centre, and they are always spot on. Prices seem competitive, even offered us a discount unprompted when we said we could take the mattress directly and did not need the delivery. They were also extremely generous when we were helping our Ukrainian family furnish their flat...the Bed&Mattress Centre gave them a superb mattress that had been returned unused as a customer had changed their mind on model, B&M only charged for delivery. Thank you.”

“We returned to The Bed&Mattress Centre to buy a decent mattress for the spare bed, as when we shopped with them previously a few years ago the advice and service was really excellent. Once again, excellent advice given and we quickly made a good choice. Mattress delivered on time and delivery chaps were excellent, very friendly and gave great advice on mattress care. Lobely nigts sleeping on new mattress too, another good product at a great price. We will definitely be back for our next mattress in due course too! Wouldn't go anywhere else and I'd highly recommend this store.”
