“From the moment we walked into the shop we were made to feel important Matthew was so helpful without pressurising. He went over and beyond to make sure we got the right bed and headboard to suit our needs The 2 guys who delivered and put together the bed were so polite and helpful, even offering to remove their shoes I would highly recommend this family business. You don't need to go anywhere else”

“We have now twice bought both beds and mattresses from this store. On each occasion the staff were knowledgable, friendly, and gave excellent customer service. Their stock is good and their staff who come to deliver the mattresses and take away the old ones are very helpful and pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Caroline Hammonds”

“Purchased mattress a couple of years ago and then went back purchase ottoman bed frame. We get the best customer service and the quality of the products are amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough won’t be going anywhere else”

“We really appreciated the informative but no pressure approach from Matthew. The opportunity to have various mattresses explained to us, and freedom to wander around and try them out was very helpful. Our bed and mattress combination was professionally delivered and assembled a couple of weeks ahead of schedule and we've been very happy with our choice.”

“One of the best bed/mattress purchases we have made. Matthew was incredibly patient with us and helpful with his advice. I now wouldn’t ever bother going to any of the big names in Chichester, you don’t need to spend a lot of £££ in order to have a good night sleep. Also great range of products and super quick delivery.”

“Great service from Matthew. Needed help and advice for a footboard for our bed. We have used Bed and Mattress Centre in the past so knew if we needed them again, they would be helpful which they most certainly were. Highly recommend. Best place for service and beds!”
