“Hi Matthew & Team. Apologies in this being rather delayed but I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help & assistance with buying our new Mlily 5000 & getting it out to us quickly. The chaps that delivered our mattress were lovely and very helpful. On their recommendation we put some extra support under our wooden base which had a small amount of flex in it. The mattress is brilliant. My partner John has suffered from a bad back for years and has noticed a definite improvement in it already! Happy Customer! Many thanks Victoria”

“Everything about the experience, from walking into the showroom, to placing the order, to delivery has been nothing short of a pleasure. Matt has been brilliant, so were Pat and Dave, who delivered and assembled the beds. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the drawers underneath are spacious, and the whole experience has been a huge success. I would recommend The Bed and Mattress Centre to anyone.”

“Visited here on the advice of friends. We were welcomed and pointed in the right direction of our needs as were purchasing three mattresses. Very informative, great knowledge and not felt pressured in any way. Delivery was 3 days after purchase. Friendly and polite delivery. Really happy with all the mattresses, and exactly what we wanted.”

“This shop had been very good in the past when I needed a mattress urgently for a relative so I was happy to return. They're so helpful, they listen to what you want and explain clearly what the options are, then they give you time to try some and even offer FaceTime calls if you need to discuss it with your partner. Great service all round, delivery guys were brilliant too”

“We received great advice and were left to try several mattresses before making our decision as to which one was the best. The price was good and delivery was quick and the mattress was unpacked and taken to the room and our old mattress was taken away. Overall an excellent service.”

“Dom was most helpful in helping us choose a new mattress for our campervan. We laid on a few, told him what we were looking for as our current one was far too soft. He even came out to check out what we had to help advise us further. We also then purchased 2 pillows! Would definitely recommend.”

“Just taken delivery of yet another bed from Chichester bed and mattress With service like theirs we just wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else Dominic Daniel and Matthew always welcome you like old friends Their advice is genuine and reliable and their beds and mattresses are soooo comfy It’s always such a pleasure to visit the showroom The delivery times are really good and the two lads who deliver and install the beds are so lovely Honestly two really lovely guys it’s always a pleasure to see them Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company .”

“My return visit was to update my mattress and I wasn’t disappointed. I received the same excellent and helpful service as before with no pressure and purchased a mattress at a good price.
