“We had brilliant service as we chose a bed from The Bed and Mattress Centre. We had no pressure, good advice and were able to put together a base and mattress that suited us and is wonderful to sleep on. The delivery men were fantastic, dealing with a very tight, awkward staircase, putting the bed together and removing the old one. Thank you”

“We have bought several beds & mattresses over the last 15 years and are thoroughly satisfied with everything we have purchased. The guys in the showroom are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful & the delivery & service is excellent. “It's been many years since receiving honest, personal attention when buying anything. After sharing our thoughts on what we need in a mattress and being shown some choices, we were left to try at our leisure, no pressure. Service, Quality and outstanding product. “Matthew was very helpful (and not at all pushy) in showing us our options and helping us towards our choice. We opted for two single mattresses of differing firmness on top of two clipped together single bases, with a super king-sized padded headboard. All excellent products. Delivery and removal of our old beds was very efficient. Our only mistake was not to see the bases and mattresses assembled together - my wife has to use a small step to climb onto the bed!!”

“What a great service. Matthew was so knowledgeable and helpful explaining the differences in mattresses. He allowed us time and space to work out which one was the best for us. Dominic was great in organising delivery and it was delivered on time. Great service. Really great service.”

“Customer service is extremely good, pricing is on a par with what you would pay for the same brand (Mlily) in one of the chain stores, delivery was quick & efficient. The store offers to remove & recycle your old bed for a fee - I paid this & got a prompt refund when I changed my mind. On the whole I would recommend this company to everyone.”

“So happy! All the staff I've interacted with, in the shop, over the phone and the delivery guys, have been kind and friendly and provided an outstanding level of service. Never any pressure. My mattress is worth every penny. I'm sleeping deeper already, after just days, and I'm waking up feeling more rested and less stiff in the morning. The smell of lanolin just reminds me of the quality of the filling. Very happy to recommend. Thank you so much!”
