“This is our second time purchasing from The Bed & Mattress Centre, the A27 Chichester and we can't fault the service they provide. Daniel in particular has been super supportive and understanding when purchasing another bed. Delivery was quicker than expected & a week in it feels like the best purchase we've made. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new a new bed or new mattress. Well done team Bed & Mattress Centre with out thanks.”

“Excellent advice in store with no sales pressure. Manager kept the mattress whilst I did a 11 night stay in hospital. Delivery was smooth without any issues.”

“Bed & Mattress Centre in Chichester sold me the most beautiful bed ever for my daughter. Perfect design, colour, material, and an out-of-this-world mattress! Delivered in just 2 weeks and installed upstairs with great care, no scratches or mess. Excellent service!”

“I got good advice, the service was efficient and quick and the prices for good quality beds and mattress's were reasonable. The new mattress has proved to be comfortable and the delivery and assembly service was professional, friendly efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend this shop and their service”

“Very helpful, patient and informative! Kept the bed and mattress until we were ready for it. Delivered and assembled with no issues. Sleeping sooo much better. Didn’t realise the old mattress was the cause of nightly hip pain 😳 highly recommended the shop for good service and quality products 😊”

“In the shop the staff were most helpful & looked up the previous head board colour & material. we were offered the exact style bed & size required for the space at home . The Mattress is of good quality. Delivery was perfect timing & flexible . The Delivery guys were quick friendly & efficient. Thank you yo the whole team .”

“Everything was great except there was a lengthy delay in delivery from the factory so they eventually went and collected the bed from Oxford so they did all they could to meet delivery expectations. We are very pleased with the service and would use them again thanks”

“Noticed our mattress was getting a bit soft, so went back to the bed and mattress centre to look at possibly getting a new one, welcomed when we got there showed a picture of what we had, new exactly what it was and how old it must been, showed 3 different ones of varying support found one that was perfect for us, now we have a great new mattress would highly recommend them.”

“5 stars for a 5 star service! I was recommended The Bed and Mattress Centre and I can't fault them. Daniel was incredibly helpful and personable and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I was told it would be about 2 weeks for delivery and that was spot on. The 2 delivery guys were 5 stars too, friendly, helpful and efficient. I shall be passing on the recommendation”
