“A great price, good customer service and good delivery to inside our property. The product was Grade A (damage to packaging) which was a few bits missing from the polystyrene insulation but otherwise good. The product itself was protested and retained all its protective coverings, the instruction manuals still sealed and all good.”

“We ordered a fridge freezer from The Appliance Depot after really shopping around. Very impressed firstly with the price, so much cheaper than the same model from Curry's and other companies as well as offering 0% finance on 11 monthly payments so it was a no brainer really. Their staff are exceptionally upbeat, efficient and polite and my emails were responded to quickly. Thank you Jess and Laura! The only reason I haven't awarded 5 stars is because the driver wouldn't wait for us to unpack and inspect the fridge freezer as he had to get to his next delivery and when we did unpack it we found a small crack on the white plastic of one of the interior doors. Not ideal, but something we could live with so we decided not to try and send the appliance back. We let The Appliance Company know about the crack just so they could investigate this at their end and they gave us a small refund on what we'd paid. Again, they were polite and efficient in dealing with this. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.”

“Good service, called 1hr after i ordered online to arrange delivery. Driver was early, i was out but he loaded into kitchen for my wife which was great. One small piece missing but sent photos and they got on it straight away. Product as new, struggled to find any 'dent' . Will recommend.”

“Received fridge freezer in condition as indicated. Excellent customer service from the office, unfortunately let down by delivery driver, who did not ring ahead and would not wait when he delivered, F/F left in drive way. Good value for money on goods”

“My first contact, I think on a Sunday, I was told the item was not available. I noticed that it was five minutes to four, which was closing time. I believe this was said to stop conversation. Hence I have lowered my score. Thereafter staff could not have been more helpful. The blemishes were highlighted to me to ensure I understood that the dishwasher had some cosmetic defects. The product arrived as expected and I was even able to obtain a duplicate email receipt, having somehow lost my original. Apart from the initial contact I was extremely satisfied.”

“Ordered an A graded Siemens fridge freezer. Arrived exactly as described with minor marks. Delivery driver was fantastic. Only slight problem is that it was missing some shelves but a quick call and the problem was sorted. Overall, very pleased with everything.”

“Ordered an American fridge freezer on the Friday evening. Was delivered 1st thing on the following Tuesday. Had a small issue with the cosmetics of the product following unpacking, once the delivery driver has departed which wasn't shown on the original photos. Spoke directly with the Manager - Steve who was very helpful. Offered to collect & full refund, or a small reimbursement. A very good service received, which I cannot fault & would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future.”

“We found the fridge freezer we were looking for and saved hundreds of pounds on the retail price, for a couple of minor blemishes / dents. We are very pleased with the product, the delivery time was reasonable, the delivery driver was helpful, so all in all a very pleasing purchase and experience.”

“Washing machine was a bargain, saved about £70 for minor damage that was barely visible ,and less than that described. 2 minor issues, the inlet pipe didn't arrive and I couldn't wait for it to be sent- it would have arrived the following day. I asked for a very small refund to cover parking and cost of buying an inlet pipe so that I could use the machine the day it arrived- this was given without any hassle. Delivery worked well but only because I was in. I was advised I would get a phonecall an hour beforehand which meant I could go to work and get back in time for delivery. I didn't receive a call and the delivery man had no reference to one on his delivery sheet. The website mentions a £50 fee if an item has to be delivered a second time. It may be worth clarifying if you would incur a charge if the same happens again. It was quick and easy to contact customer service and they were very helpful.”

“ordered a Smeg graded double oven cooker with ceramic hob. Upon delivery the item was a dual fuel Smeg cooker of equal quality. When I rang to explain the wrong item had been delivered but I was happy to keep this they basically told me it was my fault and that I had ordered the wrong item despite on my invoice it stating ceramic hob. I did not like the attitude of the person on the phone but I got a small discount (very reluctantly) and the cooker is fantastic. Even with this hiccup, when we are due a washing machine I will give them a go.”

“Ordered via telephone after viewing on my iPad. The reason I mention this is that the photos are not very clear when viewing them via the iPad. Went on description which stated no damage top, front, back or either side. Due to needing asap we decided to collect the goods when inspecting the cooker is had been damaged on top front right hand corner. We were very disappointed. However the benefit of collecting was that we were able to spend a little search the enormous warehouse and found a perfect match to our 1st order, we left very happy customers and will be back.”
