Polly was very helpful on the phone and explained all about the appliance and was very friendly .the oven was reasonably priced and it was explained to us that there was a small dent on the side which wouldn't be seen when fitted. The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful . The price of delivery was also very good. All in all a good service.
