“Arrived on time first oven come damaged driver took it back no problem Arranged a alternative slide and hide oven for a extra cost of 30 pounds arrived yesterday checked package everything ok Good helpful after service thank you Appliance Depot .”

“Everyone I spoke to at The Appliance Depot was so helpful and personable, especially Charlie. I asked if I could go and see the oven before I bought it and the sales team in Leicester made that very easy. When I arrived at the warehouse, the oven was ready for me to look at. Paying over the phone was quick and straightforward. The day before the delivery I received both a phone call and an email giving me an estimated delivery time. The driver rang me on the morning to inform me of the 2 hour delay to the delivery time (not his fault - traffic!). He was very friendly and helped remove the packaging so that I could check the oven before he left. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I will have no hesitation in buying from The Appliance Depot again.”

“The appliance depot had the as dishwasher I was looking for with minimum damage on the important parts The dishwasher arrived on the day advised and the driver managed to finf our place without too much be trouble On recent the dish washer was in the condition which was advised and was fitted without too much trouble”

“The appliance I was looking for was a well known make but an uncommon model number and Appliance depot was the only retailer I could find that had one available. I was kept well informed of the delivery arrangements by both telephone and email and the item is now installed and working perfectly. The ability to quickly talk to a real person on the telephone is a major plus point these days and much appreciated.”

“A washing machine that arrived damaged was replaced a week later and the new one works perfectly.communication was good regarding delivery time the return and replacement went smoothly .l would buy again from this company.”

“Collected item and once returned home found the item to be damaged. Phoned appliance depot and they arranged a collection and replacement for 2 days later. Replacement was perfect. Thanks for sorting out so quickly.”

“I Bought a small microwave oven until my large Bosch oven was repaired as the spare part was sourced. I had no problems with the delivery and the van man was very helpful. I had good communication with the company. No complaints at all. Rob Kirkcaldy.”

“Excellent order process and customer service Was an issue as I had delayed delivery until the end of January and then the item could not be located in the warehouse. Offered the choice of refund or ordering new item from website - refunded immediately and then I subsequently reordered an alternative. Went out of way to expedite delivery to keep to original schedule and delivery driver most helpful and professional. Would use again”

“Throughout our discussions with all of your personnel they picked up the phone quickly, spent time explaining the options available to us and completed the order process with little fuss. Anna took control of the delivery process which was very efficient- other than our cooker arrived at 6am (exactly as planned) rather earlier in the morning than we would have liked to have been up to receive such an item. The driver was extremely helpful.”

“Price on appliance (integrated tumble drier) very competitive. Great service from place of order to delivery. Jess & Anna in customer service were able to provide swift confirmation of slight issue between billing and delivery address - our mistake! Driver kept me updated of delivery time. I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance Depot or use them again.”

“I'm happy with my refurbished Smeg fridge freezer, which is working well. My only grumble is that The Appliance Depot wasn't able to deliver my order into my kitchen as there are two steps down from the hallway. Obviously a bit of a nightmare and involved me having to store it in my front garden under a tarpaulin and hire a separate company to move it. Otherwise, Jess has been super helpful and I'm pleased to have a classic item at far less than the RRP.”

“I've had 2 separate range cookers delivered from The Appliance Depot. We had an issue with the first - oven door was locking. After unsuccesfully working through a manufacturer's repair process Appliance Depot replaced the item. The replacement oven went in and worked without a hitch. The 2nd oven purchase went with no problems at all. All seems good now, so thanks to Appliance Depot.”

“Good service on time but one part was broken, have not yet had a reply. Message sent below Hello I received the Fridge yesterday but unfortunately the Veg container is badly cracked. Please could you arrange for a new one to be sent. Below is the photo of the damage.”
