“Customer service was great ,sorted out a discount as we had a dint in the freezer ,the man that delivered our freezers was really nice we would recommend this service thank you”

“It was my first purchase from The Appliance Depot and I am pleased with my new washing machine . The only thing that I would say is the delivery chap did not call/text before he arrived at the house as expected and informed us that is not something they do .”

“Purchased an American Fridge Freezer. Unfortunately it was delivered with some scuff marks and dents. Contacted the office and promptly resolved following an email exchange with the helpful staff.”

“Excellent, friendly, efficient staff. The cooker was well wrapped but has three dents, the sides and the back. Presumably these happened at the factory. Fortunately they wont affect the workings or the aesthetics of the appliance. I would use the Appliance Depot again.”

“The microwave arrived and on opening the box I found it was damaged. I made a call and they agreed to collect it and give me a refund or an exchange. Good customer service.”

“Quick, efficient and got a great bargain with the slightly damaged DW Delivery guy was dead on his feet when he delivered the appliance. However, he was pleasant polite and very accommodating.”

“Price is good, the young woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and pleasant. I have to wait 9 days for my delivery to see if all expectations are met. Will add extra if there's any problems.”

“Fair to say we did have some issues but the team, especially Steve, did everything he could to rectify, and problems solved to our satisfaction. I would like to have given 5stars but the kerbside delivery was an obstacle we had to overcome, recruiting friends and neighbours to help carry the range cooker into the kitchen from outside on the patio. To have had it brought into the kitchen would be desirable.”

“The unit was a fair price as not in original packaging but otherwise undamaged. Their driver this time was superb, I even called the AP staff afterwards to tell them so. I had struggled to repackage the previous unit which I'd mistakenly ordered as didn't understand the built-in vs. built-under difference. The young man really went the extra mile by offering his help to carry down the 5 steps as I couldn't manage on my own. The only negative about the experience was the fact the oven comes without a plug or even a cable! I had to get a man in to get the right rating twin and earth and wire into the circuit box at the back of the oven. This had a significant impact on cost and time for me to get this done. Not overly impressed with Bosch at that one.”

“Bought a Siemens fridge freezer. I also bought a Siemens washing machine about 3 weeks ago too. Appliances as per the details. Well packed. Delivery guys very helpful. One slight niggle was waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery. I understand why though as you have to make it as economical as possible delivering nationally. First delivery was really quick so I guess it’s down to timings. Apart from that I’d definitely recommend and buy again for sure.”

“Customer service was excellent. Delivery was arranged really quickly and delivery guy was really friendly and helpful. Only niggle was your system when I tried to order it seemed to get stuck twice and I had to try PayPal to pay which was fine but I had to call to resolve to reset the product. Not a big problem hence 4 stars as wasn’t perfect overall. Graded Siemens washing machine is a great price. I used straight away. Just a few tiny scratches on what is a new machine for a saving of £170. I’ll recommend you to friends and family.”

“The (Bosch WA28281) washer is fine, very quiet! But also very heavy, much more so than our old (also Bosch, Exxcel 1200) Express model. It didn't help that the driver left the washer outside our front door, on the drive, and didn't even knock or ring the doorbell. We just saw a van come into the cul-de-sac and then leave. The delivery was at ~ 7.30am. The driver did not notify us that he was 30 minutes away, as we were told. I also don't much like the fact that the delivery would be anytime from 6.00am! We struggled mightily to get the washer into the kitchen - I am 77 and my wife is 71. I would not opt for delivery only again. But the price was very good, a slight blemish on the washer, and a £90 reduction in price. It didn't help that whilst removing the old machine, the tap started leaking! But that's nothing to do with the Appliance Depot!”
