Purchased a machine but unfortunately it wasn’t right, dealt with Anna who was excellent with her customer service, although it wasn’t her fault at all she tried so very much to put it right but eventually resolved it by arranging a collection and offering a full refund. Would certainly buy from this company again , just unfortunate machine wasn’t quite right but can’t fault the company and their attention to after sales, we’ll done Anna and thank youj
