We bought a microwave which was graded because of a "tatty" box but when we received it found that the door hinge was damaged.
After sending the usual photos to confirm the problem Charlie immediately put another microwave on hold and offered the alternative of keeping the product at a reduced price.
We decided to get another one in a "tatty" box which had obviously been thoroughly checked.
We are very pleased with the customer service and outcome and would buy from the company again.
