“Washing machine was a bargain, saved about £70 for minor damage that was barely visible ,and less than that described. 2 minor issues, the inlet pipe didn't arrive and I couldn't wait for it to be sent- it would have arrived the following day. I asked for a very small refund to cover parking and cost of buying an inlet pipe so that I could use the machine the day it arrived- this was given without any hassle. Delivery worked well but only because I was in. I was advised I would get a phonecall an hour beforehand which meant I could go to work and get back in time for delivery. I didn't receive a call and the delivery man had no reference to one on his delivery sheet. The website mentions a £50 fee if an item has to be delivered a second time. It may be worth clarifying if you would incur a charge if the same happens again. It was quick and easy to contact customer service and they were very helpful.”

“Smeg fridge freezer, even better than described. Damaged plastic door shelf replaced in days,no fuss. Delivery was efficient, on time and by very helpful guy. This was our first purchase from The Appliance Depot, sure it won't be the last. Thanks. J and J Monmouth.”

“A massive thank you to Andy, he is an excellent member of your staff. From his arrival to his departure the most understanding person. He assessed the way to getting the SMEG fridge freezer into my property and with his calmness and positivity he managed to get the fridge into the correct area and even cleared away all the packaging. “Excellent customer service! Based in central Scotland, so unable to view the item before buying, it was a bit of a risk ordering a fairly expensive induction hob from The Appliance Depot. But with a potential saving of several hundred pounds, it was worth taking the chance. I have to say the experience has been excellent with a level of customer service far above what we expected. The hob itself is in perfect condition. Although described as having 'surface scratches', I've yet to find any. Communication has been great. From the initial call querying the ordering process, to the delivery arrangements and email updates. And when we discovered a couple of minor parts missing, they were immediately ordered directly from Neff and couriered to us, without question. Overall The Appliance Depot is Highly recommended and we will definitely be ordering from them again!”
