“This is the first time we have bought from The appliance depot. We emailed Laura before making an order which was very helpful information and ordered online. Communication when well and delivery was excellent, driver helped get tumble dryer in place and removed package and took away, he also phoned us up to tell what time he would be at our home.”

Also, very prompt and reliable free delivery service which was absolutely on time. Never used The Appliance Depot before but I certainly will next time I need any other appliance.”

“The service from this company has been excellent, a real person on the phone, delivery when expected, and when the item showed up a little different to the description, I emailed and I got a response straight away and they put it right. I’d definitely recommend this company and will use again without hesitation.”

“All communication was clear and helpful. It’s the first time I have used this company and I was very impressed. But the delivery guy (Jonny) was brilliant, I was a little apprehensive about the delivery because it is an awkward “in” but he was great and cheerful with it.”

“RECEIVED MY SMEG FRIDGE TODAY WAS DISAPOINTED WITH THE FRIDGE STRAIGHT AWAY. IT WAS WRAPPED IN A BIT OF CARDBOARD AND SOME BUBBLE WRAP SOME BLACK SCUFF MARKS ON FRONT.”
