“ITEM WAS DELIVERED BROKEN. CLEARLY SELLING USED PRODUCTS AS NEW. REFUSED TO REFUND. CHECK REVIEWS ON GOOGLE. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE. Staff very rude. Owner John doesn't know how to speak.”

“The appilance has been delivered on time but when we connect the fridge/freezer we found out then there is a problem with ice maker (not working), as well once we were closing the freezer door straight after we could hear a wired noise. As well once we removed all the shelves we found out then at the end of the shelf runners the plastic its broken and the insulation its exposed. When i call the CS they said then they are happy to collect but it will have to be ready outside for them to collect. Thats means i did pay twice for guys to put it in and out the fridge as there is only one person on delivery and collection. Thats means I pay £150 for the instalation and removing the fridge (2 visits) and I am still without the fridge. Avoid.”

“What a lovely firm to order your appliances from. I needed a Bosch combination microwave oven and I found it with The Appliance Depot. I was told there would likely be some marking or small dent where it wouldn’t be seen when installed which is fine by me. True to their word a lady from the delivery side phoned me to discuss delivery arrangements. Lovely firm lovely people. And excellent choice of well known and trusted brands”

“The freezer was as described on the website and I found no additional marks on it. It was extremely well packaged and well priced. the driver was very pleasant. I do not regret in any way purchasing it.”

“Well, we haven’t actually unpacked and installed our new oven yet but I’m assuming it’s intact and it works. However, am very impressed with the service so far. The lady in sales / customer service was very prompt and helpful - queries were answered straight away - and the delivery guy was great, very friendly and “can do”. Plus I saved a lot on the deal. Good service all round.”

“i have never bought from this vendor previously and bought blindly basically because they had stock of a fridge freezer i was looking at, at a reduced price. I purchased it Very shortly after i had purchased it on the same day i received a call from the company arranging a delivery date. Call was polite and personable, i quite liked that touch. I took the day off to accommodate the delivery. The item arrived on the day specified, in the morning. When purchasing large appliances there are further services offered that you can pay for to make the process smoother. Recycling services etc. I chose not to utilise however in hindsight if buying a large appliance in future i would consider for convenience. I am a satisfied customer, the whole experience was easy. So much so i have bookmarked the website and depending on prices will check them out again when buy appliances. Can i find any fault, no flawless, 5 stars for me”

“Dishwasher sold as graded with no damage. Having removed the packaging, I discovered a substantial dent on the door. I was offered a discount, which I accepted. When I fitted the dishwasher and put it on, it started leaking from the top corner?! I had to get a Neff engineer out, who identified some damage to the side of the appliance, now awaiting parts. Not a great experience, also I was assured that all appliances are tested by manufacturer and The Appliance Depot before they are sold, not sure how accurate this is given what happened.”

“Cooker was £80 cheaper than Currys, and was delivered quickly by a really helpful driver. I was kept well informed as to the progress of the order. Would happily buy from Appliance Depot again.”

“Message from Zee Message left on 18 Mar 2022, 02:46 AM (GMT+0) Thank you Appliance Depot, for a very efficient service during my purchase of an Indesit NISDP429 40cm White 4kg Smart Pump Spin Dryer ( very rare item!). Delivery has been arranged for a week hence, all the way from Leicester to Hove, so no photo yet, but it will replace one that was bought before the turn of this century.and has now spun out of control. Despite the fact that you are not able to undertake the disposal of this ancient item, as a subscribed account holder, I'll be back for sure”

“Dishwasher delivered damaged, door springs not working because of broken frame. Not repairable. Collected and refunded but only after a series of emails. No like for like substitute offered, no compensation for the inconvenience or expense of having ot fitted and the decommissioned for collection.”
