“I've bought a few dress and curtain fabrics from Textile Express now, partly because their prices are always very competitive but also because they're such genuinely nice people & easy to deal with. They've helped me with questions on fabric quantities & sourcing extra stock for my order. Every interaction with their staff has been positive. Even when there was a slight issue with ordering, they got on to it straight away & sorted it. Refreshingly excellent customer service.”

“This is a gem of a shop. I live in Somerset so can't visit but the website is great and customer service is brilliant. I have had curtains made by them which are beautifully made and delivered at the time advised.”

“Sadly I'm a bit disappointed with this fabric as I feel it's not like the sample I'd ordered. The colours are much brighter than the sample and I'd really liked the more subtle colours of the sample. Also, it's stiffer and thicker than the sample. The sample is softer and finer. If this fabric doesn't soften when washed for the first time, I won't be able to use it for the project I'd hoped to use it for. I've added a photo with the original sample on the fabric.”
