“I had been searching for some luxurious bamboo towelling and requested a sample from Textile Express it was exactly what I wanted and placed an order. I received a lovely email explaining that they didn't have sufficient in stock and offered to refund part of my order. I elected to wait for new stock and a few days later my order arrived in full. I found the company very pleasant to deal with and will definitely order from them again.”
