Although the material came really quickly and pleased with the quality etc. it was short of the length that I ordered. I was still able to complete my project and so they offered a partial refund of £1.20 when I had spent nearly £50 on the material. Not 1p more in any sort of goodwill gesture!

Thank you for your order. I am very sorry about the issue you experienced. I am aware the fabric was 8cm short of the length you ordered. If there are any issues with an order we always work to have these resolved as quickly as possible. On this occasion as you were still able to complete your project we issued you with a refund for the 0.1m of the fabric. I am very sorry if this is not what you were expecting.

Fabric received was actually completely different to the original swatch provided. The item had been out of stock so I ordered it when it came back in only to find the material was different and not of the same quality which was disappointing.

V late on delivery even in these weird times.no order acknowledgement until I asked and not that helpful regarding delivery.

Thank you for your order. I am sorry your delivery was delayed. I can see you placed your order on the Saturday over the Bank Holiday weekend and we dispatched your order on the following Tuesday.

Unfortunately your parcel took a week to be delivered even though we sent it Royal Mail 48 hours. Royal Mail have been rather slow with deliveries at the moment. Particularly after the bank holiday as they are handling such large numbers of parcels in these difficult times. We have placed warnings about this on our website but can understand your frustrations as a customer.

Hello, I don't understand that for 1 mtr of fabric is £2.oo from you; and 2 mtr of fabric from a competitors is less at £1.95 for shipping? Your in Shropshire and the other I order from is in Coventry. No big difference in distance. As well, your invoice does not show how much VAT is exactly. It shows Invoice Total Include 20%VAT. Competitors show cost of material,shipping, total and then price of VAT separate. which show exactly how much paying. It is possible to amid this invoice? Other than that, so far so good. Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We always try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. All charges are calculated taking into account weight and the volume metric size of the parcel and are clearly displayed at checkout. With such a huge range or products this is something we are constantly working on to make sure you as the customer are offered the very best deal and the fastest service.
