“All the way through the buying process they have been so good and efficient. From the free samples to getting the material which was perfect they couldn’t have been any better. Also buying the bias tape which was quite a large amount they were so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank Pauline”

“This was the first time l had used Textile Express. Welcomed to the shop. Looked round couldn’t find exactly what l had in mind. “Great Fabric - so good that this is the second time I have bought it. Customer Service was very good. They contacted me to say the full amount wasn't available immediately and gave me the option to have some delivered quickly and the remaining amount later, or if I was happy to wait for the full amount. I was in no hurry so waited. Textile express kept me up to date on delivery. So I have put delivery 'over 7 days', but that was my choice. No photo yet either because I haven't started my project yet.”

“This is a great family business. They consistently go out of their way to help. The range of stock is huge. I love visiting the shop and the website is very good too - easy to navigate and lots of information. Queries are answered almost immediately (I've put 2-3 hours below but sometimes it's been less than an hour). Orders are sent out very quickly. I also love the free tutorials they send out.”

“Communication before my order was quick and knowledgable. I explained the need to get my fabric quickly, due to another company letting me down, and they were understanding and ensured it arrived much quicker than I expected, so thank you very much, The fabric was exactly what I wanted, good quality and reasonably priced.
