A disappointing experience for a first time customer. I ordered an item which was ‘special order’ and paid for next day delivery (£15). When the item didn’t arrive next day I called to find out where it was. I spoke to a colleague who indicated there was no next day delivery available for special order items. As I needed the items on-site that day I asked him to cancel the order and refund my card. He advised he would. 2 days later, I received an email stating that my items would be delivered next day! I contacted TapnShower again and spoke to a female member of staff who advised I had to email them to cancel an order. I duly emailed them and cancelled the order. At least I got a quick refund after that. I’m afraid I won’t be a future customer.

Very disappointed, had to wait 8 weeks for my basin. When ordered, it stated 3 to seven days. Had to ring 3 times to find out what was happening. No body rang me to give updates on my order.

Today is the21/6/20 & still awaiting receipt of tap....disappointed! Yet I’ve received your email to write a review of the service. Where is my tap ?????

Items ordered were faulty/one item was missing completely. I've emailed Tap n Shower only to be ignored after their initial reply. I understand with the pandemic, things are a little slow but how long should I wait?

After ordering on 3 march it arrived on the 3 June after I cancelled on 21 may still not had a refund or sink picked up

I am disappointed and I am thinking about returning the product because the description did not include that the product has no seat. This seat is visible in the photo.

We have read your review and are disappointed that you feel that way. However we just wanted to point out that the product information table on the product page does list the seat as an optional extra. Paid for on the 29th, told on the 3rd it would not be available for delivery until 11th-12th, not offered the option to cancel, although in fairness, I did not ask, as I am far to busy to do so.
As an installer, I cannot afford to use this company again.

Unit arrived faulty with poor water flow, contacted the company for a refund but palmed me off saying that as the shower head had been installed and used (literally 10 seconds of water going through it!!) it was now a warranty issue with Grohe, thanks for your help!!

My apologies that you feel our service was not sufficient regarding the issue you had. Upon investigating this we feel that this review is unfair. Our customer services team contacted Grohe after receiving your complaint of a faulty shower head. We were informed by Grohe that as you had installed the shower head that you would need to contact them directly regarding the issue as they like to confirm that the item in question is indeed faulty and has not simply been installed incorrectly or there is insufficient water pressure for the shower head to work at its optimum performance, if it is concluded that the shower head is faulty a free of charge replacement will be shipped directly to you via Grohe. This is also common practice with a lot of manufacturers. We have since received conformation from Grohe that the issue has now been resolved. If this is not the case please contact me directly on 01162696558 and i will deal with the issue personally.
