Very poor experience. Purchased a toilet seat. After purchasing, received an email saying it was out if stock, I would have appreciated knowing this before purchasing, but not a big issue by itself. When the seat arrived I had been sent the wrong one. Again not a big issue by itself. Called customer service to ask for the correct seat to be sent and how to return the wrong one, message states the phone line isn't working. Again not by itself a big issues. I send an email detailing the situation and receive an automated reply acknowledging receipt of email say someone will be in touch "usually within 24 hours", a week later still no response so an additional message was added on the messaging function on the website. Still no response. Day 10. This isn't good customer service and overall the issues have now mounted up to a very poor experience. Given 1 star as this review couldn't be submitted without it.

Do not buy from this company they refuse to accept returns of faulty goods arguing there not faulty even when you send video evidence

Item not received. No reply to 2 emails. Tried calling email said open til 4pm but ansa message states closes at 4pm. None of the reference numbers work to track item. When did manage to use a number provided says it’s been delivered but completely different side of the country. Still waiting for them to respond to me

Tap received does not match the photographs on the website. The company expected me to pay for return shipping costs which is unfair considering the item isn’t what I ordered! They asked for photos of the item I received which I sent to them on 13/12/22 and they are now ignoring my emails. Very disappointed!

Unable to review, as order not received yet! Order placed on morning of 20th December, with promised delivery before Christmas (stated both on web site and verbally confirmed by your company). Email received on 28th December to say delivery dispatched , with delivery due 6th January! Not impressed!

i personally would not use them again its not free returns if there was something wrong or if u dislike the item u choose also when looking at the item we thought we was getting the full toilet not just half the toilet

I placed an order with your company and when the parcel didn’t arrive I contacted you. I was advised by you that DPD stated that they had delivered to the incorrect address. I visited the address and the parcel had not been received. Your company is now ignoring my emails. I have not received the order and therefore require a full refund. This level of service is v poor and highly disappointing!!

Delivery very quick. Having had a complete bathroom refit done with all of the materials all over the house I wasn’t able to open the item immediately. When I did it was badly damaged and as I couldn’t open it within a set timescale they won’t refund me which I think is really poor given I explained the circumstances of upheaval.

Hi the Hudson Reed product supplied was of poor quality cheap wrapped panels and doors peeling on the top on delivery fortunately this was covered by the sink. The cost was out of all proportion to the product quality. I appreciate you do not make these items but I would have thought your quality control would check the goods you sell are of a high standard.

Delivery charges unreasonable for small items and the return/refund process is unnecessarily complicated and lengthy. It took 4 weeks to receive my refund after returning the item after reminding them I’d still not received the funds in my account. The initial postage cost is also not refunded + you’ll have to pay to return the item meaning that it will cost you a minimum of £15 just in postage costs if you decide to return an item . On this basis I can’t recommend.

Found a chip on the sink but because my workman saw it in the day he unboxed it (rather than when I looked at it on receipt) they didn’t even bother replying to be about getting it fixed or a new one delivered.
