Ordered an item, and was then contacted after the transaction had gone through to say the item was no longer available. I was offered an alternative with partial refund, which I accepted. When the replacement item arrived it was damaged. I sent photos and was then offered a collection and refund of the replacement item. While these things were organised quickly I have still not received the refund for the difference in price between the two items, or the refund for the replacement item and it has been four weeks. I have had no responses to several emails regarding the refund which is for over £100. I would avoid using this company in the future.
