Fast delivery, although the part in the box did not match the item/part number , had to be returned. That's when then the problems begin, only once been able to get through to customer services emails aren't alway replied to, and have to wait for the item to be in the warehouse before they send out the correct item, so a weeks delay or more.

Based on description, ordered a complete toilet pack, only to find out on delivery, that toilet seat was notdelivered, when questioned them, was given various excuses:- Was a typo stating a seat was included Upto management Does no say seat comes with toilet pack Disappointed, that I have to now buy a separate toilet seat, due to misselliing Would not use again, due to above reason and very little notice or no tracking provided for delivery, even though they say you will, receive links for multiple carriers, that were not eventual delivery company.

They took the money for supposedly 'in stock' taps and matching waste items on 9th december but I still have not received the taps. They did contact me a day or two after placing the order to say the stuff wasn't actually in stock - what's the point of saying it was on the website? If I now order the taps elsewhere I will have to pay carriage so don't know what's best to do.

Items fine but one part not included which I didn't feel was clear on the listing, e.g., the part is shown in the installation guide on the listing but nowhere does it say this should be purchased separately, which obviously I'd have done if I'd known. Also DPD delivery was awkward and inflexible, other couriers provide a far better service in my view. If you've just paid almost £1000 on the basis something will be delivered to you it's quite annoying when it is in fact taken to a remote location far from where you actually live without you having any say in the matter. Not a great website and not a good courier either. Shame because the range of products on offer is good, but not much good if they're poorly described on the website and then difficult to get your hands on after you've paid for them. Two stars rather than one because I can't fault the items which did eventually arrive.

I purchased the RAK Washington vanity unit in black. Unfortunately this product is not as described and is, in fact, a dark grey (not black). I am therefore disappointed with the product but more disappointed with the appalling customer service where I was basically lectured by a Tap n Shower representative about failing to check the product upon delivery. Very poor show in customer service.

Item did arrive but delivery was slow. Also item was not as described. Bath waste said suitable for baths up to 20mm thick, the bath I have is 17mm thick but i still had to sink the overflow into the side of the bath about 6/7mm which I purposely ordered the item to avoid doing. Item itself is fine and looks good just not as described.

Purchased shower. Arrived with damaged part. Reported. Told would get back to us within 48 hrs...now 72hrs and not heard anything!

I phoned just after I placed my order to say that I wanted the tap hole drilled so that the drainer was on the left. It arrived undrilled. My fitter the drilled it on the wrong side when I was out. Just what I wanted to avoid by calling you. I then asked you to accept a return and you refused. Not impressed

we waited quite a while waiting for delivery, which then delayed our contractor. when we managed uk get booked in for fitting we realised the bath panel, which we left boxed and sealed until fitting. was cracked. although we’d left this in its original packaging we are left with a broken bath panel unable to do anything with it.

I have rated this company low because of their very poor communications I had to phone them twice and also E mail twice to find a delivery date .I was given conflicting stories as to why the product was late ,I promised a call back on 2 occasions and this did not happen , eventually the product did arrive , Incedently by a completely different courier

Product was high quality but there was ambiguity over whether the sparge would swivel. Sent item back and been over 10 working days waiting for a refund or even acknowledgement.

Tap ordered 28/01 and described as "available" but hearing nothing when I emailed an enquiry I was eventually informed that it was expected in the UK 20/02 - before being dispatched to me. Strange idea of availability. Fortunately it arrived slightly earlier on Valentine's Day. However, the tap came with an additional item, a Doulton water filter kit which I already possessed and certainly did not want and could not persuade the company to accept back. The filter was mentioned in the small(er) print so I would advise any prospective purchaser to beware.

I used Tap n'Shower to order a new kitchen tap, and chose one from the web site; So far so good - the tap showed 2-3 days on the site, placed order - money taken Order confirmation 3 days pass - nothing 3 more days - nothing Next day chase up Check the order confirmation which says - if the order is more than 48hrs or more we will advise you This didn't happen - so annoying that i have to chase ORDERED ON 6TH JANUARY ARRIVED 13TH JANUARY ADJUST YOUR WEBSITE TO BE MORE REALISTIC - is this false advertising? you decide... Total

i am at this moment in time still waiting for the delivery from DPD so i am not able to provide a suitable review on you companies performance i do think you need to alternative carriers my opinion only
