“Found a chip on the sink but because my workman saw it in the day he unboxed it (rather than when I looked at it on receipt) they didn’t even bother replying to be about getting it fixed or a new one delivered.”

“I ordered a tap from tap n shower. They advertise delivery time as 2-3 working days. It took 10 days to get to me. The customer service will give you different times of when the delivery should arrive with no tracking. Terrible service!”

“I ordered this on 24 Feb (ORD2209412), it was not dispatched till April, DPD couldn’t find property to deliver and did not phone mobile contact number, they allegedly left at West End Convenience store but was not there when we went to collect, they agreed to redeliver, again they could not find property and did not even bother to phone the mobile contact number, it is not on way back to your warehouse in Leicester and it is 11 April. Such poor and slow service, I despair. DPD parcel no. 15505359113753”

“I had to chase my order the 2nd time i complained they finally sent it. It was larger than what the description said it was. When i complained of the size, they insisted it was correct. It even looks bigger. I will not be using them again”

“Terrible communication and customer service. Even after emailing and checking items were in stock before ordering and being told the were there were delivery delays over two weeks and their communication was nonexistent even trying Facebook, email, Whatsapp and the phones. When I did eventually get to speak to the manager I was promised a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, however, nearly two months later and I am still waiting! All the good reviews are a few years old but anything recent is awful. Avoid them at all costs”

“Shocking is the only answer I can say , you can’t talked to anyone only email, excuse after excuse I feel sorry for anyone who’s works for this company ! I ordered a toilet nearly 5 weeks ago and still can’t get answer when being delivered when there site says it’s in stock . Thanks for nothing tap”. Shower”

“Overall Poor services and poor product quality very poor and cheap internal fittings I phoned first to check stock I was told they have 18 instock, i ordered 3 x ng350 toilets of which received 1 x rejected or returned toilet box opened very dirty with glue or adhesive stuck on it also happens to different from the other 2 toilets Upon trying to get sorted i was told it will take a few weeks given that they wanted to sort out with manufacturers directly even though they had a further 10 - 12 Instock to dispatch to me. I guess to avoid their further expenses I explained I could wait a week or so but not any longer as plumber was booked in and property is due to go on rent The only positive is that I was the end client and had to accept all losses had I been installing for someone else being my client I would have faced bankruptcy with both service received from tap and shower and product Strongly recommend please stay away from tap n shower uk ltd”

“Orderd some Hudsonread cabinet handles on January 16th, said be delivered in 5-8 days. One handle arrived on March the 5th, called customer service eventually got through and was told only one was ordered. So I asked if they had them in stock and girl said one left in stock. Great can I order it then please ? No you can’t make order on telephone you need to do it online I was told. Looked online straight away and item out of stock so couldn’t place order. Tried to call for 40 mins was in a queue from 4 - 1 then cut off. Rubbish service, poor communication, incompetent company.”

“We still have not received an order that has been delayed time and time again. I've received this review request before I've even had the goods delivered. You don't have a system to assist, track or inform regarding deliveries. My Company will never place another order with you and will begin warning other genuine buyers by way of reviews.”

“I ordered Dec 5th. Money was taken from bank account Dec 7th and I still have NOT received the timer. I am very dis-satisfied. Please respond to yesterdays complaint I sent via email. Since writing it, I see we have already been charged.”

“I ordered a set of tap extenders from the on line website. It allowed me to place the order so i assumed they were in stock. Sadly i did't receive them and after a week i chased them by phone. I was then told they were not a stock item and they were waiting for the supplier. After two weeks they arrived by which time it was too late as i had by this time sourced elsewhere. I emailed them to request i return them and two days later i am still waiting for a reply on their returns procedure. VERY DISAPOINTING TAP N SHOWER”
