Placed an order for an item that said was in stock. Received a dispatch confirmation a couple of days later saying 'next day' delivery, but with no tracking details, and nothing received as of two weeks later. Called to find out where it was, and no idea (other than it wasn't actually in stock, and was being shipped from a supplier). Still no idea where my order is.
