“I received the items in good time but had to return them as unsuitable and despite delivery to Tap ‘n Shower two weeks ago, I’m still awaiting the refund that I have now had to chase. I can understand why people buy via Amazon as their returns system is slick.”

“Product and price was good, packaging for heavy items needs to be more substantial as the first tap was broken and the box was torn, the replacement was fine.”

“Item arrived after seven days but to be fair, it included Easter. When it arrived the box had been re sealed by the delivery company. The box inside was good but when I took the item out the 'fittings bag' was sealed top and bottom but it torn open down one side. Was initially worried but it was all there and the item fitted and works well.”

“Initial service was excellent. However, I made an error and asked Tap'n Shower to help by sourcing a replacement part at my cost. They declined on the basis that the whole unit needed replacing as the components weren't suitable for what I wanted. This was incorrect and I sourced the part elsewhere without any fuss.”

“Product good. Delivery slow, 5 days vs 3 advertised. When requested a return because of that I was informed I'd have to pay my carriage and their carriage before a refund. Not reliable enough for trade work.”

“Items arrived damaged, twice. Customer services agreed to swap them both times but this was a pain as someone needed to be at home for then DPD driver was due to swap them over, including one failed delivery attempt. So basically three day’s wasted waiting in.”

“I ordered a sink and it was advertised as black, it arrived and was good quality but it was anthracite. Took a while but eventually they came back with, it is the right colour you received. Well no, black is not anthracite, after several emails and phone calls and several days having to chase them, they finally picked up the old sink and refunded me in full”

“Having purchased a vanity unit and heated towel rail delivery was within a week. Unfortunately a toilet was delivered instead of the unit and a week later I am still waiting for the replacement unit and collection of the toilet. Help by email has been reasonable but in spite of various promises re delivery nothing has arrived. I will review the products when in situ.”
