I never received the item. Apparently DPD tried to deliver it, but there is no proof of it. I have the proof that they never even opened my front gate (on my ring camera). I then got refunded, but they me charged £10 for the delivery. They said that DPD tried to deliver (attached emails say otherwise) They have since refused to give me a reason why. Dreadful customer service, don't bother.

I am not disappointed with the items but the after service I bought the items then didnt need a couple when i tried to return they wouldnt let me its taken 3 weeks to do my bathroom so 14 days is ridiculous

What I ordered online was marked as available in stock and delivery time would be 1-2 days, which turned out to be nearly 3 weeks. Tap 'n Shower never once answered the phone on the multiple times I called. They never responded to any of my emails either when I made an enquiry to check on my order. The live chat service never worked. Very poor service indeed.

I purchased toilet seat, got it out of the packaging, went to fix it and noticed a crack on the rim. Because I had opened it and removed the wrapping, I couldn't return it. The crack is now right through the rim.

Terrible company 'shysters' , DONT BOTHER , AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !! Ordered a shower tray 27th march still waiting.... They Take your money. Dont give you a working tracking refernce. Dont delliver the goods, Dont answer phone TIMELY ( on hold for 30mins regular). Forget to reply to messages left. Forget to reply to your emails. They Make up stories that someone signed to recieve your parcel, with time stamp claim which was if i recall correctly hours / days before it was marked dispathed by there own email. Try parm you off with a phantom reciept of goods chitty.

On 27 March I made an online order (No ORD2331659) to Tap N Shower for a Hansgrohe bathtub trap ref 56373000 at a cost of £25.99, which has an estimated delivery of 2-3 days. Because the delivery was important, and because I did not receive an immediate confirmation of the order, I emailed Tap N Shower on 28 March 2023 at 11.43 to ask for confirmation of the order and delivery time. At 11.43 on 28 March I received an acknowledgement and was informed that “a ticket has been created” and that I would be sent a response, usually within 24 hours. At 11.52 on 28 March I responded by email “Thank you very much for your very quick response to my email. If you don’t have it in stock or there is going to be a delay in delivery could you please let me know asap.” On 29 March at 9.04 I received the following reply: “I have looked into the delivery of your order ORD2331659 for the 1 x Hansgrohe Bathtub Trap - 56373000, this item is showing in stock with Hansgrohe in Germany which means delivery will be 7 - 10 working days for delivery. Once the item arrives into our warehouse your order will be dispatched same day on a next working day delivery service with DPD, at which point you will receive a dispatch notification email which will provide you with tracking for the delivery. “ At 15.18 on 29 March I responded: “Thank you for your message. Unfortunately buying the shallow bathtub trap only worked with a 2-3 day delivery from the time of order. The 7-10 day delivery is unacceptable. Please cancel the order and refund the money.” On 5 April I received three email each informing me that the trap was about to be delivered. I responded to these on 5 April at 12.49 as follows: I refer to the three emails I have received today: the first at 11.18 from Enquiries - Tap’n Shower; the second also at 11.18 from Tap ’n shower DO NOT REPLY; and the third either from Tap N Shower or did, I'm not sure which. I would remind you that I ordered the trap based upon your your original advertisement which stated estimated delivery was 2-3 days. Your email dated 28 March threw doubt in this and I asked for confirmation about this in my email dated 28 Mar at 11.52. You replied on 29 March at 9.04 stating it would take 7-8 working days to come from Germany and would then be dispatched on a next working day delivery service with DPD. I replied on 29 March at 15.18 saying this was unacceptable and immediately cancelled the order and asked for the return of my money. This order has been cancelled since 29 March, please do not deliver as you will only have to pick it up again. Please refund the money without any further delay. I also telephoned Tap N Shower the same day to reconfirm that the order had been cancelled and asked why this had been ignored and that I was being informed that it was being delivered. I was advised to refuse the delivery when it arrived and the courier would return it. On 6 April at 12.29 I sent the final email to Tap N Shower, as follows: DPD have just attempted to deliver the bath trap (about 5 minutes ago). As I expected when I spoke to you yesterday on the phone, they did NOT knock on the door as you assured me they would, but just left the package on my doorstep. Fortunately I managed to see the driver as he was leaving and managed to return the package to him before he left. I look forward to receiving notification in the immediate future that you have repaid the amount paid. Although you have not responded to any of my previous messages cancelling the order, I would appreciate it if you would acknowledge receipt of this email. Needless to say you did not acknowledge receipt of the message and have not yet refunded the money. I have just checked my credit card transactions for the last month and they show that I paid £25.99 to Tap N Shower Leicester on 27 March 2023. There is no refund shown as of 20 April 2023 at 16.05.

The profiles were exactly what I needed, but the item description said package contained 1 profile so I ordered 2. When these arrived there were 2 boxes each containing 2 profiles. I've email several times requesting a return and refund of 2 of the profiles, but have had no reply, so I currently have 2 profiles that I've paid for and don't require.

Would not buy from this company again. Product arrived faulty and numerous emails sent still waiting. Tried phoning to get a very annoying answer message. Feel like I have been took for a ride £86.00 down the drain. Appalling

Tapnshower are complete shysters and con merchants do not buy anything from this company. They say stock is available when it is not and they will not process your refund even when you provide proof of delivery. In fact they run a systemised scam where they claim not to have received your return and refuse to accept your courier's proof of delivery. Impossible to get through on the phones and you are just fobbed off with excuses and unfulfilled promises that they will "expediate" your refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

trying to return an item is like getting blood from a stone I had to wait for special instructions on how to return and where,to be recorded and now they want proof of purchase because they cant find the return as warehouse is too big

Goods ordered 03/02 with the website showing as available in 3 working days with an email advising 'some' of the order was available immediately, after chasing the order nearly 3 weeks after delivery advised that these would not be available until the end of March, confirmation of dispatch sent 28/02 which tapnshower now advise was a mistake. Having checked however with the manufacturer of the goods they had over 160 items in stock at point of order and still do to this day. Order cancelled (which they have yet to acknowledge and credit) and placed elsewhere for delivery next day Proceed with caution and at your own risk!

Still no response from customer service but I will not let go… completely mess my arrangement up. They say don’t book until item received so booked one received confirmation of delivery that day. Then received tap no lever States there’s a phone number but never works !!

terrible company, poor communication, never get back to you when they promise to, following several telephone calls and emails took weeks to issue a refund after I cancelled the order, will never use them again
