I never received the item. Apparently DPD tried to deliver it, but there is no proof of it. I have the proof that they never even opened my front gate (on my ring camera).
I then got refunded, but they me charged £10 for the delivery. They said that DPD tried to deliver (attached emails say otherwise) They have since refused to give me a reason why. Dreadful customer service, don't bother.
