“I am delighted with the items ordered. Although delivery was later than expected this was down to the courier company. When I telephoned and said I had not received the order an employee named Zara was extremely helpful and said she would re-order immediately. In actual fact the order arrived later that day so there was no need to re-order. I am also very happy with the engraving as the items are a gift for my grandson and I am sure he will be delighted. Many thanks.”
