“I ordered the tiny pen knife which has also got a tiny pair of scissors, a tiny pair of tweezers and a tiny toothpick from the Swiss store. This is the perfect tiny tool to cut fruit and use whenever you need those tools it's brilliant. The service was excellent it arrived promptly and my new tool has been put to good use straight away”

“The most perfect bag I've ever purchased! For years I've been looking for the perfect bag. One that would I would invest in for the years to come at my time at University. I'm so glad that I managed to come across the Swiss store as it had everything I needed and more. The bag holds the laptop easily and securely with extra protection. Plenty of space for multiple academic books, stationary and extra. It delivered more than expected and the utilisation of space is so convenient which is an added bonus. Every zip has it's own designated compartments to store various things. The quality is top tier and the design is really well done with alot of attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend this bag for anyone wanting to invest in a bag you know you're going to have for a good while.”

“Excellent service. I am absolutely delighted that you are still producing my 12 in 1 multi-gadget. I had my original one given to me in Freiberg over twenty years ago and lost it out of my bag the weekend before last. The new one from you was delivered two hours before I had word from the local supermarket that my original had been found and was returned to me. I prefer the swivel opening on the original scissors but have lost count of the number of times ithe gadget has been used. My dilemma is now to decide which of two daughters to give the new one to, or maybe I will just buy a second one. Thank you, your longevity has brought back so many memories of visiting my husband's former penfriend.”
