“Arrived promptly and the product is excellent, however I would say that the packaging used for posting wasn't really up to scratch. It was in a flat cardboard package without any other packaging inside to protect the product, as a result the branded box containing the knife was completely squashed meaning I'm going to have to source a new one as it is a gift for a family member.”

“I knew exactly what product I was looking for which was easy to find on the website . Fair price …. I couldn’t find the same tool any cheaper including postage anywhere else . Quick delivery with regular updates and a tracking number . I have nothing to complain about .”

“Online ordering was easing and shipping was quick and efficient. I am however very unsatisfied with the engraving of the product. The lettering wore off in less than an hour of my granddaughter using it.”

“I have no problem with the product and my husband loves it. My issue is with delivery I paid for next day delivery and had to wait a further day. Was told there was an issue in my area holding up delays. I did contact the supplier to ask why there was a delay as I paid a lot out for postage but never heard anything back. I believe I should have at least been given a refund for the postage but have not been offered this either.”

“Quite happy with the purchase, packaging for shipping leaves much to be desired. Box inside mailer envelope was crushed, thank goodness it was flat and metal or it would have been destroyed.”

“The knife is great and so are the engravings. However, the knive was not clean. I had to polish the blade and scissors. Usually they are sparkling. But whoever did the engraving did not bother to clean it afterwards.”

“I received my Swiss amry knife (Champ) in good time. Unfortunately, some of the blades do not open and close properly. I do not see any damage. I am now in Kenya so retruning this item is no longer possible.”
