“Excellent communication on progress of order from start to delivery finish from Swiss Store and their estimate of delivery within 2 - 3 working days was exactly right. I loved the Alox scales and, of course, the general quality of the items. My only gripe (minor) was that I thought the Alox Pioneer should have a pair of scissors to make it complete.”

“Excellent and prompt order/ delivery.....customer services very sympathetic and helpful when package went missing as a result of my own failure to inform Swiss-Store of changed address. Item was out of stock when first ordered but prompt email let me know when available. Overall a very positive experience, well done.”

“I am over the moon to present to my son on his 21st birthday his very own swiss army knife. I had one on my 21st as did my father. I am now 64 and still have it and is in perfect working order. Thank goodness for people like you who make quality products. Many thanks. John”
