I have to say I am somewhat disappointed. As a long-term user of the standard small Swiss key ring penknife ( I use must be at least 2x a day), I was looking to upgrade as my current one's knife and scissors were somewhat blunted and the addition of light was an attractive new option. The pen arrived without a battery for the light or instructions (I had to go to YouTube to work it out). I assume this happened when the penknife was taken out of its box to do the graphics for my mobile number. This too was a disappointment as the font is too large so the 4 at the end is hard to make out which was not clear on the website picture when I chose this option. So I love the penknife but Swiss store did not meet expectations.

Overall, an okay experience. Postage was very quick, but the packaging of the product wasn’t great; very small & thin cardboard box, with nothing around the knife to protect it except it’s original packaging. When I opened the box to reveal the knife for the first time, it looked like it had already been opened and touched (fingerprints/marks seemed to be present on parts of it). This was quite weird and inconvenient. The engravings I added to mine also turned out to be a bit different to how they were presented to me when I was preparing them on the website (font was larger & placement was slightly off). However, despite all of that, the value was great and the knife was in perfect condition (after I cleaned it).

I ordered the knife with white handle and black blades for my grandson's 18th birthday. The knife was delivered promptly and in good order, the inscription nicely done, but I was very disappointed to find that the blades were silver, when I had particularly wanted black. It was too late to return it, but I was sorry not to give him exactly the gift I'd chosen for him.

It was super fast delivery.Unfortunately to the wrong address.They got my name right but my item went to someone half a mile away..Luckily I’ve a great Postie who found it for me.

Big fan of the CyberTool 34 Swiss Army Knife. This was the second one I bought (one at home, one in the office). I have to say the quality of the engraving on the knife Swiss Store made was not very good, but the knife itself is excellent. Very good for IT-related jobs.

The knife was fine. The engraving left out the roman numerals for 2021 which was disappointing. It was too close to Christmas for me to so anything about it.

After receiving a confirmation and tracking number I was contacted to let me know it was out of stock. As this was a Christmas present I was keen to get the issue resolved quickly but the customer service team were slow to respond to questions (I had to prompt a response via the online form) and did not answer most of my questions about the suggested replacement product. Eventually I agreed to an alternative without the answers to my questions as I was not sure if it would arrive in time otherwise. Overall the product was fine but the customer service was slow and they did not answer my questions.

The little knife is really good but I had it engraved and unfortunately the writing on the blade is illegible.

Most aspects of purchase were good , web site is quick well laid out, I like the quality of the swiss knifes and have several . This purchase a gift , was disappointing . Why . 1 . No engraving on both sides of the handle, I've had it the past , I could not find how to anyway . 2 . Ordinary postage delivery time is .....slow, ....time stated seems intent on pushing customers to the special delivery service . which is expensive . I can arrange a single courier delivery on the net for a small charge . If I can get reasonable charge for a one off delivery , swiss army products will have economy of scale, an can do better .

We have 3 delivery options available which we think covers all requirements. Great product. It’s just a shame the box came squashed in the post. An expensive limited edition item, in a custom box should really come in pristine condition, not marked up.

Not sure what is going on in your "deliveries department"! I ordered and paid for an engraved knife and a leather pouch. First came the knife and a sharpening stone. I rang up. Next came another knife and stone. Then the pouch on its own. Then another pouch! The lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite and sent me a returns label. I will return the unwanted items as soon as I have time but this really was a bit of a nonsense.

Good prices on the item I was looking at buying and a good selection of other products. Quick delivery however the packaging should have been better as the box of the item was squashed. Very slow reply by email and not much of a reply.

I recently bought a second replacement strap for my Luminox watch, having only had the watch for just over 3 years, having to pay out £45 for straps every year and a bit seems excessive. I tried emailing customer service at Ourdoor365 about the successive failure of 2 straps but never received a reply from the initial email or follow up email so am giving 3 stars to reflect the total lack of response and failure of the watch straps. The actual shopping experience and delivery is fine, just not backed up by adequate customer service.

Item is very well made ... The problem I got was the picture made it look like it had a torch as well ..... But it didn't have one .... I should of read more .... All in all its a nice item and the engraving looks great
