“I recently bought a Swiss army knife for my husband for father's day,and had it engraved for him. The product arrived it was just what I expected. Very good quality and beautifully engraved. Very pleased with my purchase and the product, as was my husband when he received it for a gift. Would definitely order again and recommend Swiss-store. Great service and excellent product.”

“bought this for my dad for fathers day and he loves the knife and the engraving and the beautiful leather pouch would recommend this store. only one thing is we didn't receive the free gift of a sharpening stone but I am going to contact them and hopefully they will post one.”

“I am very pleased to own 3 swiss army knives. Great quality which outclasses other knives. I am happy about the new variety of knives as well. Though, the red stays the red. Love the classic red grips and the Rangergrip series. I strongly recommend Victorinox.”

“Don’t offer a gift wrap service if there is no quality control check. Refunding the cost and giving a 10% discount is shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted. It lets you product down. Learn the lesson.”

We normally have consistently positive feedback regarding the service, however on this occasion it would seem that we have not hit our usual standard. We have refunded the cost, plus applied a 10% discount to your order as you've outlined.
