“Had a few misfires with other straps from elsewhere but this is - by some margin - the best Velcro strap for 22mm lugs that I have found to date. A bit of a fiddle to get the watch on the strap but once on it's very secure, which is what you want, and the strap is so good/comfortable I won't be switching it. I don't use the retainer loop as it's not needed with the strap being Velcro up to the tip. Good service from the Swiss store with prompt dispatch. Price-wise I think it's good value - and having those misfires to compare it with I'd suggest starting here.”

“Originally I ordered the luminox strap that has the double hole strap (22mm) for a non-luminox watch, but...what i had delivered was a 23mm single hole strap which was a perfect replacement for my luminox 8880 black ops. So not the strap I originally wanted, but got the strap I actually needed so am in conflict lol.”

“Absolutely sickened!!! I had purchased this product as a gift for my son's birthday. The delivery was prompt but upon opening the parcel, it appeared like the Swiss tool purchased had been thrown into a fire. The item was extremely heavily oiled but which could not be removed after hours of cleaning with a microfibre cloth. In my opinion, it was either the oil was added to cover the damage on the tool or the excessive oiling caused the metal to be discoloured, if that is possible. When contacting the Swiss Store to complain, they arranged collection and a credit note/refund but did not refund the amount for P&P. I am absolutely shocked and dumfounded that an approved Victorinox stockist would deem the quality and presentation of this item to be suitable for sale! I attach pictures of the item in the condition it arrived. Further photo's are available. I will NOT use this company again and would advise anyone with the opportunity to avoid them. I urge the owner of this company to get in touch for comment!”

“Lovely product, engraving was spot on and fast delivery. My daughter bought this as a keepsake when she was in Switzerland, unfortunately it was stolen so this is the replacement. “I tried ro buy small Victorinox penknives to replace old ones but have accidentally bought VERY small ones. I conclude that the dimensions given include the attached ring, not the knife itself which it seemed to match. Somewhat misleading as my old ones do not have a ring. Ah well I shall give those as gifts to children and start again.”
