“Had a few misfires with other straps from elsewhere but this is - by some margin - the best Velcro strap for 22mm lugs that I have found to date. A bit of a fiddle to get the watch on the strap but once on it's very secure, which is what you want, and the strap is so good/comfortable I won't be switching it. I don't use the retainer loop as it's not needed with the strap being Velcro up to the tip. Good service from the Swiss store with prompt dispatch. Price-wise I think it's good value - and having those misfires to compare it with I'd suggest starting here.”

“Two separate reviews needed really, the product and the customer service, though both positive! Very happy with the product, exactly what I was looking for when I ordered and is already in daily use. Customer service - above and beyond. I had tried out stitching on the bag as a preview and decided I didn’t want that, then placed my order without it. But, turns out I wasn’t careful enough and I’d placed it with that request still on. I called Customer Service and the lady who answered was so helpful, immediately contacting the warehouse to pause the order, get that element removed and confirmed that the item would come without embroidery. She then refunded me the £5 embroidery charge - I was happy to accept that as the price of me making the mistake, but was very impressed as a result and have already recommended your company to three other people on the back of that experience.”

“I have been searching for the Victorinox companion slim Alox, but it seemed to be out of stock almost everywhere. It’s a particularly good pocket tool as it is slim and light and has a very useful box cutter and it’s small and lightweight. I deliberately wanted a tool without a blade, as I have plenty of those and blades are becoming more and more limiting intelligence should be used responsibility as regards where you can go and carry them, even if they are clearly inoffensive products. Swiss store had the Alox in stock, so I ordered it, even if it was a few pounds more than the best price I’d seen. It was delivered within a few days so I’m happy.”
