“Swinnerton had all the items I was looking for in stock and cheaper than everywhere else on the web. Despatch was prompt and despite an issue with the first package going missing, they didn't mess about and sent a replacement package out straight away which arrived the following day. Customer service is earned based on how a company responds to an issue and Swinnerton were first class.”

“I saw a pair of Shimano Road shoes at a great sale price but was unsure about what size I'd need. I got great advice on both size and how the shoes should feel (these are my first road shoes). Delivey was fast and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you.”

“Part was out of stock when I ordered but were due in the next week. However they did not come in for about a month.. Swinnerton forward on to me the day after they received them so good service..”
