I ordered an 11-32 8 speed cassette but got a 11-30 8 speed cassette the paper work said 11 32 just poor attention to detail As the cassette is for my work bike I haven't exchanged it as I needed it

It took six days for a small item to arrive with express delivery, which cost a ridiculous 65% of the price of the item. It would've been quicker to stick it in an envelope & drop it in a postbox. Factoring in that I had to take the train while my bike was out of action, a £9.99 lock ring ended up costing me £60.59. I won't make that mistake again.

Sent wrong item. Online chat no one response. Email no response. Very poor communication. I have to call the shop. When request for the reimbursement of returning shipping cost and never receive any response.

Very bad customer service! Avoid if you can. Bought the bike online, used it for few times, emailed customer service about the problem but unfortunately they don’t want to help, instead they suggested you to sort out it yourself. They answered by email very late as well. Ended up spending more money to fixed my new bike on Giant branch. Avoid them if you can.

Ordered 2 tyres and only received one and that was a day late when it was supposed to be next day. If I knew they did not have the stock I would have gone elsewhere. When phoned through, they were not interested in going the extra mile to get another tyre to me ASAP.

Unbelievably rude customer service I paid extra for the express delivery as the bike shop was holding onto my bike to get the correct part. (I didn’t feel I could block up their storage so wanted the part ASAP). Original order was on the 20th. On the 24th, I chased the order as I could see it hadn’t been dispatched. After I didn’t receive the call back I was told I would get, I received an email in in the afternoon to say it was dispatched. On the 26th as they still hadn’t received the part in the morning, I sent an email to say that I felt the delay was not great, considering I paid extra for postage. (The part eventually arrived 6 days after my order, late in the afternoon). I had anticipated the answer would be an apology and the postage refunded, even in part to a standard postage. Instead I was called ‘Karen’ when I clearly wrote my name was Sarah and I have been told this has been used in e mail reference as an insult. I wasn’t jumping up and down about it just feeding back about the postage! This was then answered with ‘As you wish’ I will cancel your order’. Which I didn’t ask for and was actually not cancelled. Very childish!

Placed an order for items that were shown as in stock, did not turn up for nearly 4 weeks, had to follow up only to be told that they didn't know where one of the items was. The remainder of the order was shipped and received, but still no idea on the final item... i've asked for a refund.

How does it take 8 days to send something from UK to someone else in the UK, just taking advantages of Brexit and covid like every company. Pull your finger out and actually act like a business.

Conrad Having tested your e-scooter various times and the manufacturer also testing both scooters and neith ourselves or the manufacturer could replicate any Faults. The 1st scooter was replaced as good will and the 2nd scooter we have issued a full refund of which the credit company will re-imburse we have gone far beyond what we are required to by law to help you out so if you think that that is bad customer service then TBH we would rather not have you as a customer!

Sent me the wrong item, and then insisted it was my fault. It turns out the product code on the website didn't match the item description, and they didn't actually have the item described in stock. I get that mistakes happen, but was appalled by the attitude of customer service, who insisted on knowing the purpose of what I'd ordered, as if it was likely that I was mistaken as to what I wanted. They also failed to refund the return postage fee, in spite of having agreed to do so. Not a huge sum, but a little barb in the tail nevertheless.

Rubbish customer service every time I’ve been in. Very awkward and rude. Seems like if they don’t know you or not in the click they don’t care.. I called a couple of weeks ago because my wife said I could pop in for a look around and possibly buy a few things I had in mind because I was passing and they wouldn’t let me past the door. Very disappointed as I had the go ahead to spend money on myself for a change. COVID can’t be an excuse to not let you browse. I wasn’t even going to lick anything I was fully masked up. The top and bottom of it is poor customer service and COVID is their excuse. Unless they know you of course. They lost a sale or two there and I’m sure they will lose a lot from passing trade. I have a mtb ,two road bikes and my sons both have bikes and I won’t be using them again. Sorry I can’t and won’t recommend them to anyone. Cycling is an expensive sport and money is best spent elsewhere in my opinion.

HI Marco, Unfortunately we are not a large organisation that has a large number of staff to fall back on, our priority is to protect our Staff and Customers so that we can continue to provide a service to customers who in the whole are considerate and fully understand the strains and the load the current pandemic has put on our business sector and retailing and other business in general. We as a business have had to change the way we operate over the last 18 months and TBF we think we have done alright not having a single member of staff catch the virus which means we have been able to service customers fully through the pandemic. So in truth we are not going to apologise for the fact that we don’t just let customers roam around we are in fact proud of the restrictions that we have put in place to create a safe experience for customers and staff in our shop.

53 € for Shipping a 23€ part and then it takes more than 2 weeks,Three emails and no responds... - sorry but even one star is too much.

It takes them more than 2 weeks to deliver to Germany. But the delivery is 52€ for a 25€ part.

A bad experience all round, paid for express delivery, but had to chase it up several times before it was sent out, after not hearing a word from them. Parcel was just left outside house with packaging bike and property all damaged. Sent in photos as requested, but once again received no response before chasing it up, another week later I've still not heard from them apart from this review request. Seems nothing happens unless you call them repeatedly, customer service is none existent.
