I ordered the wrong part and as website offered no option for exchange clicked the return button and requested an exchange and after a week still no answer, this is very poor not to respond at all

I ordered an equipped Ridgeback Supenova from Swinnerton and it arrived well packaged so no fault with the courier. The bike so so poorly put together that it was not rideable. Most of the bolts were loose. The back wheel was incorrectly assembled so it had to be taken off and reassembled. The dynamo (lights) were not working and the chain guard was incorrectly assembled so it was rubbing in the chain. The bike also had lots of scratches on the body, on the mudguards and on the accessories. Finally the bell was upside down in a position that prevented the gears from being used. I emailed Swinnerton with photos and initially they replied that they couldn’t see the photos so I emailed more photos in the largest format possible taken with a zoom lens. They didn’t reply. Eventually I called out our local qualified bike repair specialist who has reassembled the bike and sorted it out. He was absolutely appalled at how badly the bike was assembled. I emailed Swinnerton again asking what they were going to do about it. They ignored my email again. It has cost me more than I saved by buying cheaply from them to resolve the issues because of course I had to pay for the reassembly. My next move is to go to consumer advice and I will take this as far as I need to go because people like Swinnerton’s should not be allowed to get away with such poor assembly and customer service and keep getting customers. I hope people read this review and take note. Go elsewhere even if it costs more. You will save money in the long run.

Hi One star because 2 times through your website tried contacting you with no reply. I have not received this rotor magnet as DHL have told me they have lost it tracking no 42032440002255 they told me to get in touch with you which I have Done but you are not replying.

I placed an order on 23 February for a dura ace cassette for 542.95€ (order ID 70130). Craig tells me on March 7th that the product is not in stock. I asked for a refund on 10 March, I followed up on 16 March and 28 March. They ignore the customers' e-mails. I therefore informed the French DGCCRF and the English ECC-NET by registered mail today. You should not order on this website which does not consider its customers. It's so sad.

Placed an order on a Tuesday evening and paid for express delivery but didn't receive the item until the following Monday. I contacted Swinnerton regarding this but they have completely ignored me.

Took £130 for a stem that was apparently in stock over a week ago and still not been dispatched, no communication and can’t get hold of them on any of the contact details they provided. Last 2 orders 1 was dispatched the same day and the other took almost a week.

Terrible company! Happy to take my money for 3 bikes but when one arrived with broken clips and their tubeless set up leaking/ going down they fob you off. Will never use this company again! Told me to write to the owner lol who also totally ignored me! Spend your money somewhere else if I was you! Wouldn’t expect my return within 14 days even though there failed to set the tubeless up correctly. Fools

Order some Bontrager spares. Yodel said delivered. Swinnerton said they weren't and would chase. Two days later without any reply, I simply went to PayPal who gave me a refund in the spot

It is untrue that the EOVOLT was damaged or scrathed when I returned it & I will take legal action to make sure I geta refund as stated on your invoice without any of the qualifications you now state!

Dr Mallett, the bike was photographed as it came out of the box of which you have recieved the images from customer services. We have communicated all details about this and please refer to the terms & conditions on the website which you agreed to when you placed your order, and also the returns policy which you ignored and did not complete! Orderd a pump bracket from this store on line I was charged £4 delivery this was over 1 week ago and still not revived I will never order from this company again feel thay have ripped me off charging for a delivery service thay are not providing think I'll stick with sigma sports and chain reaction cycles never had a problem with then also orderd from bike monger the same day I orderd pump bracket and revived my parcel last Friday from them so if your reading this I wouldn't waste your time and money ordering from swinnerton cycles

I ordered an 11-32 8 speed cassette but got a 11-30 8 speed cassette the paper work said 11 32 just poor attention to detail As the cassette is for my work bike I haven't exchanged it as I needed it

It took six days for a small item to arrive with express delivery, which cost a ridiculous 65% of the price of the item. It would've been quicker to stick it in an envelope & drop it in a postbox. Factoring in that I had to take the train while my bike was out of action, a £9.99 lock ring ended up costing me £60.59. I won't make that mistake again.

Sent wrong item. Online chat no one response. Email no response. Very poor communication. I have to call the shop. When request for the reimbursement of returning shipping cost and never receive any response.

Very bad customer service! Avoid if you can. Bought the bike online, used it for few times, emailed customer service about the problem but unfortunately they don’t want to help, instead they suggested you to sort out it yourself. They answered by email very late as well. Ended up spending more money to fixed my new bike on Giant branch. Avoid them if you can.
