“The first two orders I placed with Swinnerton Cycles were flawless; website detailed the items were in stock, order placed, dispatch made within a 24/36hrs and goods received via FedEx. I would have scored the review higher if it were not for the lack of communication on the third order I placed. I appreciate that the items I ordered are new and in limited supply. I placed my order in good faith as the website said it was in stock and available. My order was acknowledged and my car debited. However, since then I have not received any further communication as to when I can expect to receive the goods. The website is now stating that the goods are pre-order only and not available until late Jun-23. I have received no communication from Swinnerton Cycle Customer Service team to acknowledge that although the website said the goods were in stock, the item has sold out and my order is on back order with an estimated delivery date.”

“I was worried after reading some reviews about items not been delivered for ages or issues with the items, but I have had a good experience with Swinnerton, my only criticism is that the item said in stock but it was actually at the warehouse and had first to be delivered to store, but this only took a couple of days so nothing to really complain about. The price was very good. So yes I would use them again”

“Recently fitted tubeless wheels to the bike and needed the insert rim strip and valve, I've not bought off Swinnerton cycles before but I found them to be very helpful, not only did they check I was getting the right valve & strip for the wheel, not all would fit, but the person I spoke to on the phone, Burnie, explained how to fit it and also how much sealant to use for the size of the wheel, many thanks for the help regards John Tudor.”
