“First time purchaser of a dropper post; not knowing what I really needed and more importantly what would fit, I called and spoke with 'Jim'. Jim was super helpful, researched my frame, asked for a few measurements to double check frame insertion length etc. Another call to provide the information, following which I placed my order. I would not have been able to purchase with confidence without the knowledge and patience of Jim. Excellent service. Thanks.”

“Got a great deal on a Camelbal bag. Only issue is their comms are very poor - it takes them a week to proces the order for an in-stock item with no order update, no confirmation of despatch. Nothing. Only comms come from the shipping company after they have collected the order a week after you placed the order. Bit odd.”

“Incredibly bad experience. The whole order was done because of a repair kit for bike brakes. Not only I did NOT receive that part (I've got something else) I also lost significant money because of this faulty order. The store decided to refund me the part I ordered claiming they can't ship the proper item. The refund was only for the part, not the shipping which was costly to Europe. Communication was average, at best.”

“The bike I bought was good value and arrived in good time and good condition, my wife is delighted with it. I had a bit of a problem with tracking my order which turned out to be because I'd made an error with my own email address but talking to the very helpful and polite people at Swinnerton soon sorted this out.”

“Ordered the Topeak pump strap, one was in stock and ordered a spare which wasn't in stock. Received the strap in stock but the spare took quite a while to get to me, which wasn't really a problem. I was kept informed every step of the order process by Swinnerton Cycles, great communication.”
