“Delivery of the item I ordered was delayed by nearly 3 weeks. During this time, I receied ZERO proactive communicaitons from Swinnerton. Initiatlly, they didn't even tell me it was delayed (I had to inquire), after which, three new delivery dates came and went, and still no delivery nor any proactive communication. I had to continue to chase. Their prices are good but their after-sale service is abismal.”
